Do You Come to Me? - Yes — that's the whole point. CB Detailing is a fully mobile service, which means we bring everything to you: the equipment, the products, and the expertise. We cover all of Cohasset, from the harbor area and Jerusalem Road to North Cohasset and beyond. You don't have to rearrange your schedule or figure out a drop-off. Just let us know where your vehicle will be, and we'll handle the rest.
What Do You Need From Me? - Basically nothing. We supply and bring every tool and product we need to complete any service, but we do not carry a generator or water tank. As such, an electrical outlet is required for us to work (we have extension cords, don’t worry!) as well as a water source for most services.
What Happens If I’m Unhappy With The Work? - Don’t worry! For all of our services, a 100% satisfaction guarantee is provided, where if you’re unhappy, we’ll come back for free and make it right. While every car will not look exactly like-new due to age and natural wear, our goal for every detail is to bring it back to a new-feeling car, being 80-90% better. While it’s rare, if you think we didn’t make that happen, we’ll come back to make it right.
What Wax Do You Use? - Good question! Our wax/sealant of choice is typically Technician’s Choice #584, as it provides a consistent and reliable application, a deep and reflective shine, UV protection, and 3-6 months of longevity. It's applied by hand, which means we're working it into the paint properly rather than just coating the surface. For vehicles near the coast, that kind of careful application makes a real difference in how long the protection holds.
How Long Does A Detail Take? - Depending on the service, the size of the vehicle, and how dirty the vehicle is, the time taken will vary. However, typically, a Standard Interior Detail will take 3-3.5 hours, while an Exterior Wash & Wax takes ~1.5-2 hours. We ensure that we spend time to care for each vehicle to guarantee a quality service.
